How do I get my credit card balance?  

To obtain information on your credit card account or to report a lost or stolen card, please call Elan Financial Services. For all personal credit cards except for the signature card, call (866) 289-1567. For signature credit cards only, call (866) 290-6832. You can also view your credit card balance and transaction history in Online Banking by linking your external credit card account. Once you log in, click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner, then click “Settings.” Toggle to the “Accounts” tab, then click “Link an External Account.”

How do I make a payment on my Desert Financial credit card?

Please make payments directly via mail, through Bill Pay in Online Banking, at www.myaccountaccess.com or by calling one of the following numbers:

  • (866) 289-1567 for all personal credit cards except for signature cards 
  • (866) 290-6832 for signature credit cards only
