Yes. After signing your refinanced loan documents, Desert Financial will send a check to your current lender to pay off your loan.
When do I stop making payments to my old lender?
Continue to make payments on your old loan until you receive confirmation from the lender that the loan has been paid off.
Do I need to contact my auto insurance provider to notify them about the refinancing?
Yes. You’ll need to contact your insurance provider to change the lienholder to Desert Financial.
What is auto pay?
Auto pay is an optional, automatic loan payment withdrawn from your Desert Financial checking, savings or money market account on the same day each month.
